I started In Depth Advisory because I kept seeing the same thing: creators, artists, teams, and small companies with something that already worked, but processes that made day-to-day harder than it needed to be.

What I do is make the processes behind something successful simple and effective. I come in, I understand how things work, and I build the method, the process, or the tool that’s needed.

My path didn’t go through business school, but through more than twenty-five years on stages with artists, in extreme sports schools, on video sets, and in private meetings with investors and creators. There, timelines don’t slip, and a mistake costs: you learn to see ahead, anticipate, and stay sharp.
